The exhibition features paintings focusing on the lives, labor, and food of ordinary people living within the geographical conditions of Japan. Through research and sketches conducted in places such as an accounting office, a corporate cafeteria, and a strawberry farm, the works depict various extracted scenes. I hope these pieces encourage viewers to pause and reflect on the familiar landscapes around them, deepening their thoughts on the society and culture we live in.
